Launching a D2C Skincare Brand and Maximizing Day-One Momentum

We supported a new D2C skincare brand end to end across Shopify store build, influencer campaigns, and creative production.

01 Challenge

Launching from zero awareness, the brand needed to communicate its world while generating sales from the first month. The plan had to grow awareness and purchases together on a foundation of affinity, not paid ads alone.

02 Approach

We unified the Shopify purchase experience, influencer selection, and creative direction into a single strategy anchored on the brand concept, centering micro-influencers with strong product fit and designing posts that fit naturally into their voice.

03 Solution

We built a Shopify store that expressed the brand experience and optimized the purchase path and cart-abandonment recovery. UGC generated from influencer posts was repurposed into ads and landing pages, connecting awareness to purchase. After launch, we kept improving creative from the data.
